We are today, one of the fastest growing civil and building contractors in India. We have successfully completed some of the most challenging infrastructure projects in the country.

HCEC was formed over three decades ago, with a vision to achieve leadership in the field of civil construction, providing our best services to the satisfaction of all our clients. It was also the tenacity of a group of started from a small but steady beginning.

The firm was founded by Mr. M. H. Khan. He is a well-known figure in the construction industry having over 30 years experience in the civil engineering contracts work.

He started his career from the base level and rose to the top where he know acts as consultant to various projects like TATA Industries (at Khopoli), Puranik Builders Bunglow (Nilshilp Kaller  Thane) and JK Residential Complex (JK Tools & Files Pvt. Ltd at Chiplun).
