Ltd was formed over three decades ago, with  a vision to achieve leadership in the field of civil construction, providing our best services to the satisfaction of all our clients. Started from a small but steady beginning, HCEC Construction is completely involved in civil construction projects. We have executed and completed from minor projects to the construction of Industrial Plants and Buildings, Effluent Treatment Plants to involvement in infrastructure works and have completed mega projects of National Importance.
