It is the policy of HCEC to take all possible steps to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees and other persons engaged in work for the company. It is the duty of each employee to comply with the company safety and to cooperate with the management of the company to ensure that the work place remains as safe as possible. All employees are responsible for knowing and observing pertinent regulations in the work area and for following safe work procedures. Each and every employee is expected to report unsafe conditions and unsafe behavior to immediate superior or supervisor.
Carry out the construction works in a safe and efficient manner with due environmental awareness. The management and safety personnel all take health and safety at work as a matter of considerable significance. Managers and Supervisors shall see to it that all statutory and contractual obligations in respect of health and safety are fulfilled.
By making a conscious effort to integrate all reasonably practicable safety measures into project planning, by providing protective equipment, safety training and information to all our workers concerned, and by deploying competent trained safety officers in day-to-day safety management, safety training and supervision, we strive to the utmost of our capabilities to safeguard the health and safety of all persons, including the general public, affected by our project operations.
